C-Sharpe completed this major restoration project including balcony tile removal, extensive structural concrete repair, a major overhaul of the framed walls, stucco cladding, installation of new guard railing, balcony deck coating, installation of new sliding glass doors and windows, and interior finish repairs surrounding the new sliding glass doors and windows. This project corrected many building issues that were allowing water infiltration.
